Reporting to the Director of Operations & Maintenance, the Maintenance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of community buildings, residential buildings, infrastructure, and equipment as well as overseeing and coordinating maintenance for Housing and other assets. Working in alignment with the values and needs of Malahat Nation community, the Maintenance Lead provides hands-on leadership to the Operations and Maintenance team while promoting a respectful and culturally aware work environment.
