Reporting to the Director of Community Programs, the Education Liaison will provide supports to children, youth, families, and staff in navigating the public education system (K to 12) to foster better educational outcomes for the children and youth we serve. The main purpose of this role is to advocate and help students succeed by developing and maintaining relationships with including but not limited to students, parents and / or guardians, teachers, administrators, and community agencies. This position is a full-time, permanent position which requires majority of the work executed in community, as well as moderate local travel within the local School District 79 as needed.
