Reporting to the Program Lead and in collaboration with other members of the Malahat Stewardship team, the successful applicant will assist with developing and operating the Malahat Guardian Program. The Senior Guardian will be responsible for overseeing vessel operations, conducting marine monitoring and data collection, and supporting cultural and harvest activities. This is a fulltime permanent position working in office, on land and water, with flexible work hours including some evenings and / or weekends as needed, with local to moderate travel required.
