In accordance with the Human Resources Policy, Malahat Nation ensures fair compensation for all employees, utilizing a standardized Salary Grid. The salary grid is reviewed and, if needed, adjusted annually as approved by Council.

Performance Management

Malahat employees are rewarded for good performance under the Employee Evaluation & Planning section of the HR Policy. Performance management compensation is provided based on eligibility in accordance with the HR Policy, at rates reviewed and approved annually by Council, and the CAO under the following guidelines:
