Dear Malahat members,
Starting Monday February 26th, community members can purchase fuel at a discounted rate and free of taxes at the new cardlock station located at the Malahat Business Park on Trowsse Road (See map below).
- Regular gasoline and renewable diesel is available
- Open 24/7, 365 days/year, excluding scheduled shutdowns for maintenance
- 0.02$/L discount and free of taxes
- Located on Malahat’s reserve land
To obtain your access card, please come to the Band Office or the Member Services Building during business hours to sign a waiver.

Where is the Cardlock Station located?
The station is located at Malahat Business Park on 1-1800 Trowsse Rd, as indicated on the map provided per this post.
Will I get billed if I pre-approved a fuel purchase but didn't pump any gas?
You will only be charged for the fuel that you pump. The pre-approved amount may show up as a hold in your bank account temporarily, but the real price of the fuel purchase will be the only charge against your account once the transaction is completed and approved by your bank. Pre-authorizations are usually reversed by the bank within 7 days.
What is the password required before payment?
The password is the 4-last digit of your Malahat Loyalty Card number.
What steps should I take if it seems like there’s an error at the point of sale?
Call the number on the back of your loyalty card.
Why is the price/litre wrong on my transaction receipt?
As mentioned on the instructions sheet, the price per liter on the receipt may be wrong if a loyalty card was used. This is a technical issue that Malahat Fuels is aware of and is currently working on solving. The volume and total price will be correct.
What is the price for members?
Malahat Fuels is now on GasBuddy.com. Through this site, you can view up-to-date pricing for the Malahat Gas Station.
For example, member price is at $1.42.9 (discount and tax free) and the price without discount is $1.72.9 - meaning the current discount is around 30 cents per litre.
