Come and experience the benefits of chair exercises with Katrina Dearborn! Chair based workouts can help you build and maintain strength, flexibility and improve balance. Classes re-start Tuesday May 19th 2026 and are offered on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm and Fridays from 11:00am to Noon.
